Boil yams in water for 25 minutes or until almost tender. Drain andcool. When cool, peel skin off yams.
Cut into serving size pieces and place into a 2 quart baking dish.Sprinkle brown sugar over top of yams, then pour honey over top.Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over top. Cut 1/2 cube butter into smallpats and place over top of mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until tender) at 350 degrees.Last ten minutes of baking pour mini marshmallows over top and placeback in oven. As soon as marshmallows start to form a crust take fromoven. (Don't leave in too long or marshmallows will melt.)
