Title: Candy, Moo.se Droppings (Aka: Lynne's Chocolate)

1 sq (1 oz) baking chocolate, unsweetened
2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs heavy cream; or sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 packet Splenda
1 oz crushed nuts; your choice


Melt the chocolate and butter carefully. Remove from heat, and stir in the cream or sour cream and vanilla. Stir in the artificial sweetener and fold in the nuts. Pour into a tin-foil-lined pan and chill. Cut or break into pieces.
Variations:
Add 2 tbs of peanut butter, sugar free.
Add 1 tsp peppermint extract (or any other flavor - orange? raspberry? cherry?)
Omit the nuts and pour the chocolate over peanuts for nut clusters.
Add 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut.
Add a small amount of coffee crystals for a mocha candy.
