Ingredients
5 med. Potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Milk
Place half of the potatoes in a greased casserole dish, then add the seasonings, butter and half the cheese. Add remaining potatoes and cover with milk. Add the remaining cheese. Bake at 350* for up to 1 hour. Potatoes should be done and tender. So adjust the cooking time for your oven. This makes 6-8 servings.
