Chicken Crunch 1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 8 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 package (8 oz.) herb stuffing mix 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted In shallow bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt and pepper. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture to coat, then roll in crushed stuffing mix. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 baking pan (pieces shouldn't touch). Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake uncovered in a 375° oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done. ENJOY!!!
