1 Onion; chopped 1 Garlic clove; chopped (opt) 4 Tbs Vegetable oil 2 cup Tomatoes; crushed 2 cup Garbanzos; cooked 2 cup Brown rice; cooked Salt, pepper, other seasonings to taste
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered. Add garbanzos, rice, salt, pepper and other seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. From DEEANNE's recipe files
