1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 3 Tablespoons soy sauce 1 cup chopped green onions plus tops (about 2 bunches) 1 teaspoon FRESH ginger root 1 clove garlic minced Fry meats till done and crumble fine. Add rest of ingredients and cook about 5-10 minutes. Put in egg roll wrappers and deep fry 1 minute on each side or till a nice brown color and crispy. Have oil at 350 degrees for frying. Makes about 20 good size egg rolls.
My Comments:
I use about 2-3 tablespoons filling in each. I don't measure, just eyeball it.
