25 Chips Ahoy! Chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for garnish
Chocolate curls, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut 5 cookies in half; set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter; press on bottom and up side of a 9 inch pie plate.

In saucepan, heat remaining butter and corn syrup until warm; remove from heat. Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; pour into crust. Bake for 15 minutes; insert cookie halves around edge of pie crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Makes 8 servings.

My Comments:
So easy and so delicious! Great easy item to make, especially for the kids (of all ages) at your gathering.
