4 cups bread crumbs 4 cups of milk 4 eggs (beaten) ½ cup white sugar 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa ½-1 cup of bittersweet chocolate chips
Beat the eggs, and add the milk. Stir in sugar, cocoa and bread crumbs. Make sure the bread crumbs are completely wet (I usually let them soak a few minutes!) Place in a buttered crock pot, and stir in the chocolate chips. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serve warm or cold.
