1 cup cream, heavy 1 Tbs cocoa, unsweetened 1 Tbs Splenda, bulk 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Using a deep dish bowl, slowly stir cocoa into cream. When cocoa is mixed, use electric mixer to continue to blend to a nice smooth and fluffy consistency. Add the vanilla, then the Splenda. Mix it gradually. When nice and smooth it is done. Chill. You can add more cocoa & Splenda to your taste.
