2 c. finely chopped apples
3 (4oz.) cans refrigerator crescent rolls
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange juice
In a small bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, flour, orange rind, and cinamon and mix well. Separate crescent rolls and place 1 tablespoon filling in the center of each one. Fold the two points of the triangle over to the square corner. Press edges to seal, leaving diagonal slit unsealed. Bake at 350 degrees F 10-to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice and mix smooth. Spoon glaze over warm rolls. Makes twelve rolls.
