1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 Chopped onion
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped


In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
Cover; chill.
Makes 5 cups.
