1 head cabbage 2 carrots, peeled 2 T mustard 1 C mayonnaise 1/4 C cider vinegar 1/4 - 1/2 C sugar, to taste Dash of Salt; optional Shred cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together mustard, mayonnaise and sugar. Add vinegar and blend well. Add a dash of salt if desired. Pour dressing over cabbage/carrots mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
