1 1/2 lbs lump crabmeat 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise 2 Tbs evaporated skim milk 2 Tbs chili sauce 1 Tbs lemon juice 2 Tbs diced green pepper 3 Tbs minced scallions Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving
