1 bag fresh cranberries - (12 oz) 3/4 cup Steel's Raspberry Jam 3/4 tsp freshly-grated ginger
In a pot over moderate heat, mix cranberries, jam, ginger and 1 cup water. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have popped and sauce has thickened. Comments: This sauce also makes a terrific sandwich spread or dessert topping (just thin it with a little water).
