1 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1 cup nonfat sour cream 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and cheese. Refrigerate in a covered container for at least an hour. The dressing will keep for about 1 week in the refrigerator. This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups or 40 (1 tablespoon) servings.
