1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup cholesterol-free reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 Tbs chopped green onions 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 dash freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dressing. ABOUT 2 CUPS DRESSING.
