1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 Tbs honey
5 tsp fresh lime juice


In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
This recipe yields 2/3 cup of dressing.
Comments: This dressing is also good as a dip for fresh fruit.
