3/4 c Kraft fat-free cream cheese
1/3 c fat-free sour cream
1/4 c evap. skim milk
1/3 c + 2 T fat-free Parmesan cheese (Weight Watchers)
3 large potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
Garlic salt
Black pepper to taste

Preheat oven: 350°F
In med. bowl, combine Cream cheese, sour cream, evap. milk & 1/3 c Parmesan. Mix with electric mixer or food processor.
Line bottom of square casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray with layer of sliced potatoes & chopped onion. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper & Molly McButter & drizzle a little cream sauce over top.
Repeat with several more layers until dish is almost full, saving enough sauce to cover top. Sprinkle top with 2 T Parmesan & Molly McButter; Cover & bake at 350°F 1 hour.
