Title: Creole Pork Chops

2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 bone-in center cut pork chops 1/2" thick
Cooking spray

Combine first 5 ingredients, rub the spice mixture over both sides of pork.  Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spry over mecium-high heat.  Add pork chops, cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Makes 4 servings
