Old Peoples Salad


2 heads Romaine Lettuce


Broccoli Florets


Green Onions (optional)


Crunch up 2 packs Oodles of Noodles (without seasoning.)


Combine With the following after prepared and cooled


1 stick butter


Small pack sliced almonds


Small pack sunflower seeds


Brown in skillet and set aside.


Dressing


1 cup sugar


1 cup oil


½ cup vinegar


2 TBLS. Soy Sauce


Blend in blender.


Pour over salad Right Before Serving


 


 


 

My Comments:
This is really tasty and sooo healthy for you. You can substitute on the sugar artificial sweetener), butter(margarine),and soy (low-sodium) for special diets.
