Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes cut into cubes,
1 package of bacon cut into small pieces
1 medium onion cut into little and thin slices
Chopped parsley for garnish to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Instructions
In a large hot skillet , put the bacon to fry to release its natural fat, when this golden and crisp, remove from skillet, place potatoes in a frying fat in the bacon, when are cooked, add the onion, salt and pepper to taste, if this caramelised onion, add the bacon and remove from fire, serve with the plate of your choice and Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top, if you like spicy, when you add salt and pepper can add a little chili flakes.
