2 Tbs vinegar, rice, seasoned 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sesame oil, Asian 1 English (seedless) cucumber unpeeled, thinly sliced 1/2 sm onion, red; thinly sliced
This cool side dish is simple to fix and a nice change from everyday tossed greens. In medium bowl, with wire whisk, mix vinegar, salt, and sesame oil until blended. Add cucumber and red onion, and toss to coat.
