DIFFERENT GREEN BEANS
1 quart canned green beans
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
dash pepper
Boil beans 10 minutes. Add chestnuts and heat through. Cook onions in butter till tender. Stir in sour cream, sugar, salt, vinegar, and pepper. Heat but DO NOT boil. Drain beans. Turn into serving bowl. Top with sour cream mixture.
