Dan's Cucumber Dip
½ large cuke sliced very thin, then diced very finely
(place in a strainer and allow to drain, then press remaining
juice from it with a big spoon)
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped very fine (use food processor)
1 ½ tsp dill weed
¼ cup plain lo-fat yogurt
¼ cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste, heavy on the pepper
combine, adjust mixture for consistency and allow to sit for a
time, over night is good.
stir in a dab of lemon juice just before serving .
NOTE: if you are sensitive to MSG leave out Accent just as good without.
