1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbs scallion; fine chopped
2 Tbs parsley; fine chopped
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp dill weed, dried
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce


Combine all ingredients. Cover; chill.
VARIATION: Creamy cucumber dip. Follow recipe and stir in 1 medium cucumber peeled, sseded and chopped.
