1 bag of plain tortilla chips crushed
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion chopped
1 small container of sour cream
6 jalapeņo peppers chopped fine
1 tsp. of garlic salt
1 large can of chicken
In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Take out and put the shredded cheese on top and return to oven to melt cheese.
Have additional tortilla chips for a dip or use as filler for flour tortillas.
Adjust the amount of peppers to suit your taste.
