Easy Cornbread and Green Onion Stuffing
INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 soup can water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced, including tops
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 (8 ounces each) packages cornbread stuffing mix
Vegetable cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°. In saucepan, combine soup, water, butter, celery,
onions and poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil and
remove from heat. Stir in cornbread stuffing mix. Place stuffing in 1 1/2
quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 45
minutes
or until set.
