1 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 cups hot instant mashed potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup beef gravy, canned or in a jar
Preheat the oven to 375*F. Brown meat in skillet, drain.
Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended.
Stir in vegetables and gravy into meat. Spoon into 9" square baking dish.
Cover with potato mixture, sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Makes 6 servings

This is a very tasty dish. We like it with my homemake honey wheat yeast rolls and a small salad.
