Easy WW Chocolate Chip Cookies
These delicious WW friendly cookies are 3 for 2 points. I got this from a forum on weightwatchers.com. They're easy to make and once you'll eat these, you'll come back for more!

teaspoons vegetable oil

cup dark brown sugar

teaspoon vanilla extract

teaspoon table salt

large egg white

cup all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda

cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, cream butter, oil, and brown sugar. Add vanilla, salt, and egg white, and mix together throughly.
- Mix in flour and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and stir to distribute evenly.
- Drop rounded half teaspoons of dough onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake cookies for 5-7 minutes, then cool on a wire rack. Yields 2 cookies per serving.
