1 ea English Muffin split

2 3 inch rounds American Cheese

2 strips Bacon, cooked and cut in half

1 3 Inch Round Ham thin sliced

1 3 Inch Sausage Pattie (hot ot mild)

1 Egg fried like an egg sandwich
1 tsp Hollandaise sauce

Spread melted butter on each of the muffin halfs and grill till toasty. Place 1 round of cheese, then ham then sausage then bacon and then the egg. Top with a little hollandaise sauce, another piece of cheese and the other half of the muffin.
