Egg Nog
INGREDIENTS:
1 quart Milk any use whatever milk you have or like (Soy etc. I LOVE Vanilla Soy)
1/2 cup egg substitute buy store brand just as good cost less in frezer section .Make sure its pasterized
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 cup of vanilla yogurt or can also use sour cream if doing so up vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 add about 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice too I likes it spicey LOL
DIRECTIONS:
Place everything in blender pulse once ot twice.
Pour into glasses top with nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
I use this recipe in my EggNog Pound Cake
