Fry up 1# of mild sausage by patties, cool and then break into pieces and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Open a can of biscuits and lay them on top of the sausage. Crack and them mix 10 to 12 eggs in a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of milk (I use half and half) to egg mixture and pour over bisuits and sausage. Bake in 350 oven until biscuits are lightly browned. Take mixture out of oven, add 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese over top of casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. I serve with hash browns and juice and coffee for a complete breakfast.
