Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped Green Onion
1 1/2 pints Half and Half
1/2 cup finely diced Celery
1 cup Processed Cheese, diced
1/2 cup Butter
1 lb fresh or frozen Crabmeat
1/3 cup Flour
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
Saute onions and celery in butter. Add flour, garlic, salt, cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, add crabmeat and blend. Pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan over the top of the mixture and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes or until golden browned and bubbly. Serve with crisp cracker rounds. Serves 6-10.
