2 fresh tomatoes, diced 1 green pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsps. lemon juice 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. oregano ¼ tsp. black pepper 2 cup crushed and canned tomatoes, (or freshly cooked and cooled)
Combine all ingredients. Place in a bowl, stir and chill for 2 hours.
