    Stuffing Mix (turkey or chicken)

    1

    Egg -- beaten

    1/3
    C
    Chopped green peppers

    1/3
    C
    Chopped red peppers

    1/2
    C
    Chopped onion

    1
    C
    Mozzarella cheese -- grated



  • Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Mix in beaten egg after adding crumbs to water. Press immediately into a lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with peppers and onions. Top with cheese.

  • Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.

    Serving Size : 16
