5 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup French vanilla coffee creamer,
1 tsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 loaf day old thickly sliced or any loaf bread
Marg or butter if desired

Mix eggs, milk, creamer, and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Blend well with a wire whip. Set aside.
Spray skillet with Pam, add marg or butter
then heat skillet on stove to medium-low heat.
Dip bread slices in egg-milk mixture
Brown bread on both sides in heated skillet or griddle
until brown and done.

Serve with your favorite syrup ,fruit,and/
or powder sugar !
