3 medium tomatoes (I like to use roma and beefsteak for this - combined)
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped (I usually use half green and half red bell)
6 medium green onions, finely chopped (white and green parts)
1 medium jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, or to taste (I use parsley in place of cliantro)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice, or to taste
½ teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips

1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Squeeze to remove excess liquid and seeds; chop.
2. Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt in a medium bowl. Toss gently to blend, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with warmed tortillas or tortilla chips.
