1 lb. store bought frozen bread dough, thawed
1/3 cup garlic infused oil
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted or olive oil
2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh garlic
Seasoned salt to taste
1/2 cup pieces or lumps of chevre cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sesame seeds, as garnish

Generously spray a 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

Divide dough into small chunks to form 1-1/2" balls and set aside.  Whisk together garlic oil and butter or olive oil, parsley and garlic.

Dip balls in garlic oil/butter mixture.  Arrange all dough balls layering on each other in prepared loaf pan.  Sprinkle in between layers with seasoned salt and dot with chevre cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Top with Sesame seeds

Cover loaf pan loosely with plastic wrap and let rise until almost doubled, about 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Place loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in the oven.  Bake until browned and crusty looking, about 30 to 40 minutes.  Cool about 15 minutes before serving.  Do not slice this bread, instead serve warm and simply pull apart.

Makes 1 loaf
My Comments:
Got this recipe "A passion For Baking" by Marcy Goldman. I baked this this morning and it is delicious just so good when warm slathered with garlic butter.
