2 packages cream cheese - (3 oz ea)
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbs brandy
1 Tbs Splenda


Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups; less than 1/2 carb gram per tablespoon.
Comments: For fresh fruit compotes.
