Ingredients
2 pkgs frozen broccoli or 2 bunches of fresh broccoli
2 tsp lemon juice
1 10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup
dash of pepper
1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
Cook broccoli whether using fresh or frozen until tender, drain ( usually on stove in water). Place broccoli in a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper. Cover with soup; top with cheese. Place in oven at 350* for about ten to fifteen minutes. You can put under a broiler to brown cheese.
