Title: Granola-Yogurt Parfait

1/2 cup fresh or frozen (partially thawed) raspberries or other berries
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. low-fat granola

Spoon in some raspberries into parfait a glass, vanilla yogurt and granola.  Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.  This is really good and refreshing in the summertime.  So quick and easy.

Makes 1 serving

About 255 calories, 10g protein, G cabs., 3 g total fat (G saturated), G fiber, Mg. cholesterol, Mg sodium
My Comments:
I make one of these to curb my appetite or for a refreshing breakfast. It is very filling.
