1/2 cup fresh or frozen (partially thawed) raspberries or other berries 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt 2 Tbsp. low-fat granola
Spoon in some raspberries into parfait a glass, vanilla yogurt and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. This is really good and refreshing in the summertime. So quick and easy.
