3/4 LB Penne or Fusil pasta 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil 3/4 c salsa ( i use mild) 3/4 tsp salt 1 bunch scallions, chopped 1 can pitted black olives, drained 1/4 LB feta cheese, crumbled 1/3 c parsley, chopped
Cook pasta according to dirctions on box, drain then add oilve oil let cool. Meanwhile mix everyting else together and add it to the coled pasta. Serve at room temperature. Serves 10-15
