Title: Green Beans Provencale

2 lb green beans, fresh; cut 1.25in
24 cherry cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup onion, red; chopped
3/4 cup parsley, fresh; chopped
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar, wine, white
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese; grated
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
1/2 tsp pepper
2 clove garlic; minced


Steam beans,covered,8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain beans; plunge into cold water, and drain.
Combine beans, tomatoes, and onion in a medium bowl.
Combine the chopped parsley and remaining ingredients in a small bowl,stirring until well-blended.
Pour over the vegetables,tossing gently to coat.
Serve at room temperature
