1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 Tbs parsley, fresh; snipped 1/4 cup scallion; minced 2 Tbs lemon juice 1/2 clove garlic; minced 1/2 tsp salt 1 pinch black pepper
In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until chilled.
