6 ears fresh sweet corn, shucked, halved 1 cut butter, melted 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice 2 tsp. chipotles in adobo, minced Salt to taste Sliced scallions
Preheat the grill to medium-high Grill corn, turning often until marks appear, 10-15 minutes. Combine butter, orange juice, chipotles and salt. Pour butter mixture over grilled corn. Garnish with sliced scallions
