
1 Cup seasoned croutons (opt.)
1 bag Spring Mix greens
1/2 Cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (opt.)
1/2 Cup cucumbers, sliced
1/4 Cup radishes, sliced
12 Ounce steak, grilled or broiled, cut across the grain
Grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Caesar salad dressing
Arrange crisp greens in a bowl. Add tomatoes and about 1/2 cup dressing. Garnish with cucumbers and radishes. Top with grilled steak and serve.
Serving Ideas:
For added taste, try Basil & Pepper Herb Rub on the steak. You may also toss this salad with croutons and grated cheese.
