Ham Croquettes

1 cup ham, minced
2 cupfuls potatoes
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoonful butter
1 egg

Mix ingredients; make into flat round cakes, roll in bread-crumbs and fry in hot oil.
My Comments:
Great for using up leftovers after a ham dinner!
