2 cups chopped cooked turkey 1 garlic clove, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 sweet green pepper, chopped 1 onion, quartered 1 green pepper, sliced into strips 1 can red kidney beans - (17 oz) 1 can tomato paste - (6 oz) 1 can tomatoes - (28 oz) 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the flavors are blended.
