2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. chopped cried fruit, like apricots
1/4 c. mini chocolate or carob chips
1/2 t. salt
1 c. honey
1 t. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
Mix all the dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Blend honey, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with your hands (grease hands first). Press firmly into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 275 until golden brown. (Recipe does not state time.) Cool on a rack. Cut when cool.
