Healthy Roast Turkey Thighs and Vegetables

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and spray a roasting pan with cooking spray. In a bowl whisk together jam, peaches, beer, mustard, coriander and garlic. Lightly season the turkey, and pour sauce over. Bake 40 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the vegetables with oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to the roasting pan for the last 25 minutes of cook time
